We're approaching Mother's Day with a healthier spin on your annual brunch - full of healthy greens and yummy toppings! Smoothie bowls are an easy, and tasty way to sneak some greens into your daily vegetable intake. We suggest using Foxy Organic Broccoleaf or Green Kale! Customize your smoothie bowls by setting up a toppings bar for your guests!

"Smoothie bowls are essentially more nutrient-dense smoothies, thick enough to eat with a spoon and often topped with fruits, nuts, seeds, muesli or granola," explains McKel Hills, MS, RD, and creator of the plant-based whole foods blog Nutrition Stripped.

Directions:

Add all your ingredients into a mixer or blender and process until the consistency is thick and creamy. If the texture is too thick, add more liquid. If the texture is not thick enough, add more ice or frozen fruits to thicken.

Finish by adding your favorite toppings. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
