Ingredients:
24 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons lemon rind 2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons sugar
3 cups crushed Graham Crackers
Cooking Instructions:
Mix Grahams, melted butter and sugar in a small bowl. Press
mixture into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix cream cheese, sugar
eggs and lemon rind until smooth.
Pour into baked graham cracker crust and bake in at 350
degrees for 50 minutes or until slightly
jiggley in the middle when shook. Cool before serving. The
less it is baked the creamier it will be.
If your cheesecake is forming cracks, try baking in shallow
water bath.
Serving Suggestions:
Cover with fruit toppings like blueberry or strawberry.

Pinch of salt 1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 pie shell
Cooking Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell. Bake for
45 minutes to one hour at 325 degrees.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with whipped cream.
Additional Comments:
The consistency of the pie will change with the time baked.
For a creamy filling, bake around
45 minutes. For a more cake-like filling and crunchier crust,
bake for one hour.
