Broccoli

Broccoli is full of potassium and folate, along with vitamins A, B6 and C. It also contains 5 grams of fiber per cup!

BroccoLeaf

The newest Super Green on the scene - it contains 100% of your recommended daily value of vitamin C! According to SELF.com, BroccoLeaf is one of the new superfoods to try this year!

Kale

It's particularly high in vitamin A and vitamin C: just one serving has more than 100% of your recommended daily value for both vitamins.

Spinach

This leafy green is home to many phyto-nutrients that have health promotional and disease prevention properties, including vitamins K, A, B6 and B1. Spinach leaves also contain a good amount of minerals like potassium, manganese, magnesium, copper and zinc.

Swiss Chards

Foxy grows Green Chard, Red Chard and Rainbow Chard. Excellent source of vitamins A and C!

Green Leaf Lettuce

Excellent source of vitamin A, which contributes to healthy eyes and skin. The greener the leaf, the more nutrients it provides.

Green Cabbage

Cabbage has the highest amount of some of the most powerful phytonutrients. Research has shown these compounds to protect against several types of cancer, including breast, colon and prostate cancers. They also help lower the LDL (low-density lipoprotein) or “bad cholesterol” levels in the blood, which can build up in arteries and cause heart disease.

Collard Greens

With a mere 46 calories, a single serving is a huge source of soluble fiber and vitamin C, includes multiple nutrients with anticancer properties and more than your daily intake of vitamin K and A!
