As we enter the heart of summer, there will be little if any changes to the vegetable markets. The beautiful weather over the last few weeks has created excellent growing conditions and therefore, outstanding produce. Our iceberg lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, and leaf lettuces are great quality.

All celery production is now out of Salinas, CA through September and October. Right now, they are great quality, with full shanks and excellent color and weight.  All of our organic produce production is also now out of Salinas, CA. Hopefully, the heat will stay low to keep insects off of these items.
